Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by B&B Lawn & Landscape ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a lawn care and landscaping business serving the Kansas City metropolitan area, including Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Independence, Lees Summit, and Raytown, Missouri. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

B&B Lawn & Landscape offers a range of lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to:

• Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance
• Leaf removal and fall cleanup
• Tree and bush trimming or removal
• Fertilization and weed control
• De-thatching and aeration
• Overseeding and sod installation
• Garden bed mulching
• Snow removal

Service availability may vary by season and location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We will communicate any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through our online portal, check, or other methods as communicated. Late payments may be subject to a service charge. Accounts with balances overdue by more than 30 days may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.

5. Scheduling and Access

By scheduling services, you grant B&B Lawn & Landscape permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure that pets are secured and any obstacles (toys, furniture, etc.) are cleared from service areas prior to our arrival. We may reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions without penalty.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For recurring service agreements, either party may terminate the arrangement with 7 days' written notice. Any outstanding balance must be paid upon cancellation.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, return to your property to make it right at no additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

B&B Lawn & Landscape takes reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other items not visible or disclosed prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, disease, or natural decline of plants and turf.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B&B Lawn & Landscape, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to disclose property hazards, provide accurate information, or comply with these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
